At JBPRO LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the following policy:

Initiating a Return

Customers can initiate and submit a return from their customer account on our website. If you do not have an account with us, you can contact us directly to initiate the return or exchange.

Return Requirements

Products must be returned within 30 days from the day they were delivered.
Products must be unused and preferably inside their original package.

Refunds

Money refunds will not be issued until we have received and revised the product. Please note that some products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to deny or issue partial refunds based on the condition of the returned product.
